We had to move fairly quickly from Georgia and she went out of her way to show us all the possible houses in one day and then the second day we went back for a second look. She took us to all of the houses we had found online and also recommended several others. She answered every question we had and gathered all of the information we needed about the different homeowners associations and such. At the time we were living out of state, Shelley would FaceTime us as she would walk though houses, giving us so much detail and insights. When we finally moved to Abilene, she was able to find us a rental while we continued to look for a house. She is very persistent and gave us daily updates, she even recommended restaurants for us to try out.
